My Craft Bio

Hi my name is Gina and I’m a proud design team member at Stamp Fever!

About me the person: I am a mom to two children, a daughter, Jordan who is 7 (aka my crafting buddy) and a son, Mateo who is 5. I’ve been happily married to my high school sweetheart, Joe, for the last 7 wonderful years and together for 17. As for my day job, besides being a wife and mom, I work full-time as an Executive Assistant for a non-profit Foundation.

About me the crafter: My crafting journey started very young when my grandma taught me how to crochet when I was about 6 yrs old. Since then I always considered myself to be somewhat crafty. In 2004 after my daughter was born, a friend introduced me to scrapbooking. This I enjoyed very much especially being a new mom. In 2006 I ventured into the world of invitation and card making and love to create personalized invitations, cards and poems. And in 2010 my love for coloring as a child was reborn when I discovered Copic markers and became Copic certified. I’ve now collected more scrapbooking and card making supplies than those who introduced me to it, including 3 Cricut’s and over 100 cartridges and too many stamps to count.

I’ve been blessed to have been published in the Cricut “Birthday’s” edition of their print magazine (Pages 107-108) and some recent accomplishments include a guest designer spot on Lily Pad cards, a featured artist spot on Jill Fosters blog “Inspired by” and a gallery spotlight mention on the Penny Black Blog.
