Announcement Giveaway

I wanted to do something fun to celebrate being part of the Stamp Fever design team so I have a stamp set and a few extra (surprises) to give away to one lucky person. All you have to do is comment on this post and tell me... why you craft? Simple right? Good luck!! I'll pick a winner using random.org on Sunday evening.

    I craft because i can create what I want, there's no "mistakes", it's a stress reliever, and i just love it!!

    I agree with Arcy, it's a way to to get my creative juices out. Card making also appeals to the instant must have it now mentality. With in a relatively short period of time a piece of art has been created and Joy is brought to another.

    I got into card making because my co-worker introduced me to it. She's fabulous and I'm constantly inspired by how she can create such beautiful artwork with a few pieces of paper, markers, stamps, ribbons and her endless imagination. Crafting is now an activity that my daughter and I do together and we love it.

    Congrats on the design team. Stamp Fever rocks and with you on the team, even better!! Thanks for the chance to win. Awesome stamp set and who doesn't love a good surprise. :) Now to answer your question, I craft for many reasons, some selfish like I enjoy the whole I did it myself thing, and of course the unique and original aspect, as well. But I also craft for deccorating on a dime, fun with friends, stress relieving and the thrill of sharing, to name but a few.

    I started crafting b/c I have always enjoyed creating and it gives me a way to be creative and share it with others (I mainly do card making) My family and friends really enjoy receiving my cards and I enjoy making them :-)

    Congrats on becoming part of a design team! I craft for therapy. It is my stress realiver. I am the caregiver for my husband, who at the age of 45 suffered a severe stroke. I love sending cards to brighten someones day.

    Congrats on being part of the design team! I craft because I love putting pages together and seeing my kids get so excited over them. I hope they're just as excited when they're older! And like others have mentioned, its an escape/stress relief and I my husband would kill me if I didn't use all the stuff I've been collecting! :)
